Attorney Laura Anthony to Speak at ClearTrust SEC Hot Topic Breakfast- Small Public Companies to Learn Impact of Dodd-Frank Act and JOBS Act
West Palm Beach, FL – October 24, 2012 – ClearTrust, LLC, an independent, full-service stock transfer agent serving listed, small cap, and private equity issuers has announced that attorney Laura Anthony, founding partner of Legal & Compliance, LLC, will speak on the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act at its November 9 SEC Hot Topic Breakfast. ClearTrust has expanded the SEC Hot Topic Breakfast to equip smaller public companies with a working knowledge of the Dodd-Frank Act and the JOBS Act. This new legislation is the most significant securities regulation reform in the past four years.
