CHAMBER BUSINESS AWARDS 2021, SHORTLIST ANNOUNCED

Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce (DACC) have announced the shortlisted businesses who will now face the judging panel and public vote to be nominated for a Chamber Business Award 2021.

The awards, to be announced at a virtual event on 9 December, receive widespread interest as they are unique in identifying the very best in business from every region in the UK. The winners are the organisations and entrepreneurs that set the highest standards for others to follow across a wide range of sectors. Regional winners will be announced on 8 November.

Around 30 businesses nominated themselves for the awards covering categories such as ‘The Global Player’, ‘The Problem Solver’ and ‘The Equality Trailblazer’. DACC have the opportunity to put just 1 business forward for the Awards from those shortlisted. The business being nominated will be selected by a panel of judges along with a public vote, 2 judges will get to vote on a category awarding 1 point each, the third point will be awarded to the business with the most votes by the public.

Alison Henderson, DACC CEO said: “We have got such a wide range of amazing businesses in our area and we’re determined to give them the best platform to showcase their talents at every opportunity.

These awards will ensure that our members are competing on a national platform and we’re looking forward to seeing the results in December.

We are currently shortlisting and members of the public can vote for their favorite across each category so please take the time to jump onto our website and show your support.”
