Romney sentiment drops significantly in all states but Virginia where foreign policy discussion dominates

The new SDL Presidential Election Social Media Report (SMR) is unique in that it measures online social sentiment for the two Presidential candidates in eight key swing states along with share of voice for several critical campaign topics.

• ‘Jobs/Economy’ continued to lead in all states, except for Virginia where ‘Foreign Policy’ had the most mentions, meanwhile ‘Budget deficit’ was most popular in North Carolina.
