October 2, 2012 – cVidya today announced it has earned Oracle Exadata Optimized status through Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), demonstrating that MoneyMap v6.6 has been tested and tuned on Oracle Exadata Database Machine to deliver speed, scalability and reliability to customers. cVidya’s MoneyMap is a comprehensive, end-to-end, carrier grade Revenue Assurance solution designed to address all aspects of revenue related risk for all types of Communication Service Providers. The MoneyMap solution enables operators to reconcile information from all network, operations and business support systems and through an on-going automated process, it detects problem areas which impact profitability as a result of revenue leakage, data inconsistencies or resources that are not being used efficiently. MoneyMap running on Oracle Exadata Database Machine provides extreme performance to meet promised Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to telecom operators with high data load rates of 3.6 billion records (CDRs) per hour, a 4x-16x improvement over the comparable platform, and reconciliation of the data sources at the detailed record level. Data transformation, at 360 million records per hour, and data reconciliation, at 400 million records per hour, both showed a 4x performance improvement, and query speeds - from a 2.5 billion record index - were improved from hours to few seconds . Linear data and query scalability enable operators to continue receiving reliable performance for data reconciliation and queries despite immense volume growth. Operators also can see a reduction in operating expenses through simplified data and solution management with MoneyMap’s automated Information Life Management (ILM) as well as simple configuration of data sources, reconciliation rules, and new queries. MoneyMap is also efficient and economical with an ultra-low data center footprint in terms of space, power, and cooling.

Oracle Exadata Optimized is part of the Oracle Exastack Optimized program which allows partners, such as cVidya, to leverage OPN enablement resources and dedicated lab environments to help develop, test and tune their applications on Oracle Exadata Database Machine engineered systems.
