Josey Milner hails from just outside of Kansas City, MO, where she grew up riding in rodeos, beginning at age 7. Hailed as the "Kansas City Queen Of Country Music," she has performed on the PRCA rodeo circuit throughout Missouri and Kansas and the International Steel Guitar Show in 2010.
