Directory List & Print Pro by Infonautics GmbH
The software tool Directory List & Print Pro, developed by Infonautics GmbH, is very helpful here and due to the many features offered by this software nearly any demand will be met.
Is there an overview of a multimedia collection required? Lists of MP3, image, audio and video files can easily be created individually with additional information such as format, title, width/height and duration of these media files. When creating lists of image files for example, further information regarding the resolution DpI (Dots per Inch), horizontal and vertical separately, can be added.
Due to many filter options and the possibility to list files with additional information such as title and extent of document files, last modification date etc., the directory contents can be created and printed as required. All folder and file lists can be opened directly in Word, Excel or exported as a HTML table. Excel tables may be completed with hyperlinks in order to access the single files by mouse click only. HTML tables can be individually customized in fonts and colors.
Directory List & Print Pro is a portable application, therefore no installation on the computer is needed. The current version 2.12.8.30 of "Directory List & Print Pro" runs under Windows XP/Vista/7. A free version of the software can be downloaded from http://www.infonautics.ch/directorylistprint . The costs for a full featured version are USD 20 for a single-user license. All licenses are non-expiring and valid for all future updates.
