Defence Unlimited International is proud to announce the acquisition of majority shares/membership of MOORE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC (MITgel)
This acquisition is of great importance as MITgel has become the first armor producer to set the best in the world standards of single digit Backface Signature (BFS) both in soft and hard armor.
MOORE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC and its subsidiaries provide several different products and services including:
• Physical Security Services
• Risk Management Services
• Private Military Contracting
• International Trade & Investments
• International Business Facilitation & Government Relations
Defence Unlimited International Corporation will work with the existing management team within MOORE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC to expand its products and services across number of different areas as well as partnering with Defence Unlimited International partners around the world to provide distribution opportunities.
Speaking on this acquisition, the Director of Defence Unlimited International Corporation Edward Banayoti Sawiris said that this was a great opportunity to expand Defence Unlimited International's service offering. “MOORE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC will add great value to our existing and new customer base and in return we will be assisting Vanguard Global (DUI’s distribution arm) with these sales and marketing functions”.
