I once had to rely on recruiters for career goals and thought the way most of them handled my resume (lack of understanding or ignoring it), did not communicate with me (ghost) and no follow-up (feedback), I knew I could do it better. Candidates often tell me they appreciate my responsiveness and transparency. You will always know where you stand in the hiring process. If I have no news, I will at least communicate that I have no news. When it’s time for honest feedback, I will give it.
