Ovis Trattoria Takes the Arrosticini of Abruzzo To A Whole New Level

Ovis, a newcomer on the block Casual Street Food Style, is anything but an ordinary Italian Trattoria. The concept was inspired by the growing interest in the Italian culture of Arrosticini or roasted mutton or lamb meat skewers; a deliciously enduring tradition unique to the region of Abruzzo and the No. 1 most famous street food.

The idea behind the innovative concept is very unique: to offer the Arrosticini’s traditional culinary experience that ignites all the senses in warm interiors reflecting the rich heritage and tradition of the famiglia with service at high-speed by friendly, warm and knowledgeable staff.

Ovis’s one-of-a-kind concept has been envisioned by a group of professional business partners, each with a diversified portfolio spanning across multiple products and services. Every aspect has been carefully curated by Ovis Group from research and development, to brand and concept design, to architecture, menus, marketing and international franchises.
