The 4 sessions are broken down into a quadrant covering your self-belief and conscious awareness, values elicitation in finding how much you are actually prioritizing your career, your key areas of fulfillment, technical strengths, and capabilities followed by breaking down 3 key bubbles of interest to research and plan your career.

We will help identify and plan the next 3-5 years of your career strategy whether that entails further education, digressing into a different area, sector, or role, and realign your values to give you purpose, direction, and a deep sense of congruence and self-respect in your professional and personal life.
