StriveCast publishes a client-free Silent Testing Mode

Duesseldorf, March 31, 2021 - StriveCast, the leading German eCDN provider, adds a silent testing feature without local agent installations to its enterprise streaming solution.

StriveCast offers a Peer-to-Peer eCDN solution for company webcasting and digital live events. Large global players like UniCredit, Siemens, and Gazprom use StriveCast’s eCDN to enable and optimize their enterprise live events like digital town hall meetings, virtual press releases, or hybrid exhibitions. Works via Chrome plugin – no installations needed on the users’ devices

The StriveCast silent testing mode works through a Chrome browser plugin that is available in the StriveCast Portal. It is centrally rolled out to the corporate network by the IT department via the Google Admin Console. Following this, a real video stream will be performed within the company’s network. This stream is available as a silent test in the customer portal and includes a complete analysis of the possible bandwidth savings, buffering ratio, and potential problem sources. To specify the stress test, StriveCast lets customers select the participating devices by browser, location, or device type.
