Project management and time recording are the most important factors in ERP solutions for agencies

Beyond corporate reporting and therefore corporate management the subject of project management and time recording is gaining a more and more important role in any agency software.
• Analyses and surveys by the developer of the leading agency software PROAD have shown that the most critical tool in everyday work is the combination of project management and time tracking. Requirements of automatic task creation from templates to the creation of Gantt diagrams for batch of tasks and milestones are today’s standard. ERP systems that do not cover this requirement are no longer "state of the art".
• Also the permanent subject of time recording requires continuous development of the relevant tools. Users completing tasks and appointments in agency software do not want to do time recording, but expect that the time recording is “generated” by all completed tasks. The amount of data to be entered must be as small as possible and the user interface must be simply "fun"
• If that’s not enough, a contemporary agency software solution must gently or if necessary with some pressure “foist” the time recording
