K.R. Plastic Industries Co Ltd (Thailand) implements bluebee®️ on a pilot production line
KR's top management initiated the project in October 2020, as part of the Company's proactive development plan in the context of Thailand 4.0 and amidst the continuing Covid-19 crisis.
After an initial assessment of KR's maintenance, the bluebee®️ project was launched on a pilot production line. The implementation, over a two-month period, followed Siveco's proven implementation approach aligned with the ISO 55000 Asset Management standard. bluebee®️ has since been used on a daily basis by the maintenance team, in Thai language.
The project was performed remotely by the Siveco Shanghai project delivery centre, with local coordination by the Siveco personnel in Bangkok and thanks to KR's extremely committed and diligent team.
