Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Launches Real Estate Program for the Military
CHICAGO (6/12/12) – Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® has launched the U.S. Military on the Move™ program to provide active duty, retired military and wounded warriors with a valuable real estate support and rebate program.When qualifying military personnel buy or sell a home through U.S. Military on the Move™, they receive a cash rebate based on the actual sales price, in states where allowed by law. Services are also offered to renters, who can receive comprehensive information about the designated area, counseling on local rental practices and information on desired listings.
The program connects military personnel with market-leading real estate firms that were selected for membership in Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network of over 500 premier real estate firms with 4,600 offices and 140,000 sales associates in over 30 countries around the world. Collectively, this group sold 920,000 homes worth $235 billion last year, more than any national real estate brand.
By visiting www.usmilitaryonthemove.com, military personnel can access a searchable map that features locally-produced information for every military base served by participating member brokers. Discounts and benefits on ancillary products and other home-related items may also be available in certain markets.
