Faithflows Successfully Completes First Care Drive of 2021 in Southern Africa
FAITHFLOWS CARE DRIVE JANUARY 2ND, 2021 - ROSE OF SHARON HOME, RUWA, ZIMBABWE
On the 2nd of January 2021, Faithflows members in Harare, Zimbabwe visited Rose of Sharon Home, in Ruwa, Zimbabwe which houses 100 orphaned children. The Faithflows delegates were greeted with an elaborate showcase of cultural display by the children at Rose of Sharon Home through singing and dancing throughout their visit. Faithflows presented the home with 2 weeks worth of food supplies, other provisions, baked goodies, snacks and balloons as a way of showing love to the orphaned and children.
According to the management of the orphanage, their operations had been adversely affected in 2020 as they did not receive donations or much needed assistance due Covid-19 pandemic. Faithflows was their greatest breakthrough as they reached out and started 2021 for the orphaned children on a great note. When interviewed, the Faithflows board member stated “We are grateful for the help received from all stakeholders that made this Care Drive possible. We appreciate our volunteers and hope to make a difference in their lives by furnishing them with courses and skills on the faithflows.org platform. It’s a blessing to be in an organization that makes such a difference.”
The Faithflows mission was made possible by funding received from the Faithflows Board, Fans, and Volunteers of the positive social network dedicated to uplifting the wellbeing of individuals and their communities.
