Ten Sports selects WASP3D Real-time 3D Graphics solution
14th June 2007: WASP3D, the leading 3D Graphics solution by Beehive Systems today announced an agreement with Ten Sports, Dubai for deploying the WASP3D enterprise solution in Ten Sports transmission suites through its channel partner Wecom Global. The deal gives WASP3D a strong foothold in the Middle Eastern market with clients like Al Rai TV and Future TV already in its portfolio.“We went through a rigorous exercise of selecting the right solution that matched our standards and workflow requirements; it was only after a thorough evaluation and detailed comparison of competing solutions that we chose WASP3D,” said Steve Halis, Vice President – Operations, Engineering & MIS, Taj Television Ltd.
WASP3D is an advanced 3D Graphics software equipped with design tools like real-time emitter based Particle system that comes with wind, gravity, speed options that helps achieving realistic effects. WASP3D solution for sports broadcasting includes features such as Real-time sports data presentation, spectacular interactive graphics display, 3D camera views of the game from various angles and the virtual sets.
