With its subsidiary frobese IT AKADEMIE GmbH, frobese boasts its own human resources development company.
Data Respons provides R&D engineering services, software and hardware development, and smart embedded IoT solutions for a wide range of industries. Through the acquisition of frobese GmbH, the fast-growing Data Respons AS is expanding its activities in the area of IT consulting for financial services companies.
Together with its new shareholder Data Respons, frobese GmbH, founded in 1998, is able to implement its next growth steps even faster. frobese GmbH remains under the leadership of its founder, Dr Dirk Frobese.
"The highly professional advice of Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz, geared towards medium-sized companies, contributed significantly to the fact that the transaction with our preferred partner Data Respons could be realised promptly and entirely in accordance with our interests," state the two former shareholders, Dr Dirk Frobese and Dr Jochen Böhnke.
The agreed transaction structure includes components that enable the prior shareholders to continue to participate in the future success of frobese GmbH. At the same time, the transaction has already laid the foundation for corporate succession in the long term.
"We are pleased that we were able to support the shareholders of frobese GmbH in selecting Data Respons as the perfect partner for the further development of the frobese GmbH success story and in ensuring a successful transaction, closing within only a few weeks," explains Dr Patrick Schmidl, Managing Partner of Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz.
