Valeria Feliciano will Represent St. Lucie County at the Miss Florida USA Competition this Summer

Valeria Feliciano has been selected to represent St. Lucie County at the Miss Florida USA®/Miss Florida Teen USA® Competition as Miss St. Lucie County USA. Her selection was based on her academic and professional interests, involvement in her community, her passion for the pursuit of excellence and her interest in empowering other young women to follow in her footsteps.
Valeria is a young woman with a passion for acting, modeling, dance, and filmmaking. With the goal of bringing joy and entertainment to audiences around the world, she hopes to fulfill that goal through films and music videos. Valeria is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, she started her passion for modeling at the age of thirteen. Her dream is to one day compete in the Miss Universe Pageant in support of passionate young women around the world. She is currently writing her first screenplay for an upcoming series and she hopes to work on other creative projects in the near future. Valeria graduated magna cum laude from the Dr. Floyd F. Kotch Honors College at Palm Beach State College with her Associates in Arts degree in Motion Picture Production. She also obtained a Directing and Producing Certificate from the same institution. Valeria is continuing her education at the University of Miami, where she will obtain her bachelor’s degree in Motion Picture Production and a master’s degree in Entertainment Law, along with a minor in Theatre and a second minor in Music business and Entertainment Industries. During her spare time, Valeria enjoys assisting aspiring artists by bringing their musical vision to life through the creation of music videos. Valeria’s overall goal is to create and run her own video production company and be able to share her experiences with young individuals who are considering a career within the entertainment industry. Valeria eventually plans to develop her own cosmetics and clothing line. She wants earth friendly, cruelty free, and organic cosmetics and clothing products that inspire creativity and natural beauty, made by women, for women at affordable prices. “I want to emphasize the importance of self-love and make others feel confidently beautiful in their own skin because, you are what makes you uniquely beautiful”, said Miss St. Lucie County USA, Valeria Feliciano.
Valeria also aims to bring awareness and support to communities on the topic of domestic violence and sexual abuse. She hopes to share her own experiences to help victims, survivors, and their families know that they are not alone.

Girlbossing Inc., as the Florida USA Organization, will produce and conduct the Sunshine State’s oldest and most celebrated competition this coming July 2021 to qualify two young ladies from Florida to advance to either Miss Teen USA or Miss USA and ultimately Miss Universe.
