Elfit Arabia is one of the leading manufacturer and supplier of Telecom and Electrical products in Ajman UAE dealing in more than 2000 items utilized in the Cable Laying & Pulling, Telecommunication Outside Plant (OSP) Network, Optical Fiber Network and Electrical Installations with customers spread over Asia and Africa.

Many years ago, Kesar Kothari who is presently the Managing Director of Elfit Arabia had a dream like everyone to make it big. The only difference was that he woke up, put a deadline and went about achieving his dream in the oil and opportunity rich middle east. Kesar fought his way out and today he is a success story.

Life is not so easy in the Gulf and most of the expatriates have to fight it out to make their mark in order to live up not only to the expectations of their mother nation but also to the expectations of the host nation.

On May 22, 2007, Elfit Arabia was awarded the coveted Ajman industrial excellence award and Kesar Kothari received the same from His Excellency Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi the Crown Prince of Ajman in a glittering function.

Kesar Kothari is indeed a proud alumnus of BITS Pilani where he learnt that nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion.

A successful entrepreneur requires Information Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Decision Making Skills and Communication Skills apart from Ability for Time, Stress and Project Manangement.
