Comarch chosen by KPN for Fulfillment Automation outsourcing

Comarch, a global provider of IT business solutions, today announced that KPN, the leading Dutch mobile and fixed telecom operator, commissioned hosting and administrating their Fulfillment Automation system in the Comarch Data Center.

Comarch supported KPN in the migration of their Fulfillment Automation System to the new version (2010 R2) of Microsoft BizTalk server and its transfer to the Comarch Data Center in Krakow. In addition, during the migration of the platform, existing errors were detected and retrieved. Within this project Comarch is also responsible for the maintenance of KPN’s Fulfillment Automation system.
