MASCOT® ROCKS is Highly Commended as Best Stock Design for Workwear

MASCOT, amongst 100 other entries of workwear, from 15 countries was thrilled to be Highly Commended at the PROFFESIONAL CLOTHING AWARDs for “Best Stock Design for Workwear” an international recognition of hard work and innovation

300 people gathered at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry to eagerly await the results of the award on 17th April 2012.

The awards were hosted by Cad & the Dandy co-founders Ian Meisers and James Sleater, Savile Row tailors to the stars. The evening brought together the hard workers of the workwear and cooperate clothing industry to feast in a champagne 3 course dinner.

The panel of judge’s state “MASCOT had been chosen because they have demonstrated a range of workwear that appeals to the younger generation and which is unique in style, design and materials. For example, the cutting edge tyre- track design and the use of a fabric that incorporates Tencel®, were two elements which impressed”.

The award which was gratefully accepted by Michael Tottman, Sales Director UK and Ireland says “This is an absolute delight and receiving this award is such an amazing honor. Mascot® ROCKS has been a range we have passionately developed and launched. I have always believed in the innovative product design, fabric compositions, comfort and fit and am thrilled that these characteristic are now internationally recognized” Michael stresses “the success of MASCOT is achieved with a combination of having clear objectives and at the same time a will to succeed together as a team. The award is one which all at MASCOT should be proud of”.

Mascot also were the proud sponsors of the SATRA PPE Innovation Awards, Best innovation in safety footwear and Best innovation in sports and leisure PPE as well as the Platinum sponsors of the evening.
