iDynamics launches Reztec Express: Pay-As-You-Go Training Centre Management System

Software & services provider, iDynamics, has launched Reztec Express, its new pay-as-you-go training centre management system accessible to customers over the Internet.

Reztec Express brings all information about a training centre’s customers, courses, staff and resources together in one place, drastically reducing administration time. Training centre staff spend less time in the office and more time doing what they do best – delivering training events.

Encompassing contact management, booking administration and resource control for both public and private courses in a single system, Reztec Express enables training centre staff to access quickly and easily all the information they need to manage the centre efficiently.

Reztec Express (www.reztec-express.com) is hosted and managed by iDynamics so customers do not need to expend capital sums on IT infrastructure, software licences and implementation or employ expensive IT skills to maintain the system. As Reztec Express is delivered over the Internet, customers can access the system anytime from the office, from home, from their PDA – in fact, anywhere they can get an Internet connection.

There is no minimum contract period: customers just pay a low-cost monthly fee for as long as they want to use the system.

Raj Unsworth, iDynamics’ managing director, explained the thinking behind Reztec Express: “Our flagship product, Reztec, is a comprehensive on-premise training management system and was originally developed to meet the needs of complex training organisations. However, feedback from our marketplace told us that many of the smaller and medium-sized training centres experience the same problems and still need a system to help them become more efficient. They told us they wanted a simpler system that would not require an IT expert to support it, involved minimal training and no capital outlay.”
