The partnership will enable customers to give their exact delivery point, so their deliveries find them more efficiently without the need for additional directions.

The imminently launching peer-to-peer delivery and social networking ecosystem app Chasyr, today announces its partnership with location technology company what3words . Both companies have within their goals a like-minded mission to improve the current delivery landscape for everyone. This partnership will enable Chasyr users the ability to provide their what3words address at checkout to make it easier for the delivery person to find them. This will remove the need for phone calls from lost delivery drivers, and make the arrival time faster and more efficient. In short, drivers will no longer have to ask customers for additional directions, optimising the process and providing a smoother customer experience.

With the year on year increase of growth in the on-demand market, consumer expectations are rising, and businesses are under pressure to meet these demands while still protecting their margins. A common barrier prohibiting seamless deliveries is the challenge of communicating the precise delivery location and time. Street addresses often don’t guide drivers to the right entrance, and in rural areas postcodes cover large areas posing a challenge to delivery drivers as well as the ever changing roads in all major cities and towns are now facing what3words solves this problem, It’s an easy way to identify precise locations. Every mappable area of 3 metres squared has been given a unique combination of three words: a what3words address.
