As the industry faces the prospect of a large talent gap and tries to promote innovation, while governments seek to find new strategies to create jobs and boost their economies, there is huge scope for collaboration between governments, IOCs, NOCs and service companies. The Summit provides a unique platform for decision makers to come together and develop mutually beneficial plans for the future.The CWC Group is pleased to launch The NOCs & Governments Summit 2012, held under the Patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Maktoum Bin Juma Al Maktoum on 17-19 September in Dubai, UAE.
The NOCs & Governments Summit will bring together the oil and gas industry leaders, governments and regulators to discuss strategies to enhance in-country value through job creation and skills development; local content and capacity building; and innovation and technology transfer to foster growth and development within resource holding nations.
The high-level, strategic discussions will include case studies from key countries including Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Ghana, Iraq, Libya, Oman, the UK and many more.
