Paula Bennett
Ms. Bennett represents clients in a wide range of Family Law matters, with a special interest in issues involving children, including custody cases, termination of parental rights, custody modification, custody relocation and child support.
“Paula is an outstanding attorney. Considering her special affinity for cases involving children and custody issues, she will be a tremendous addition to our firm,” says founding partner Mike McCurley.
Ms. Bennett earned her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2008, where she worked in the law school’s Family Law clinic and provided assistance to victims of domestic abuse. She graduated, magna cum laude, from North Adams State College in North Adams, Mass., in 1991. Prior to attending law school, she maintained a career in pharmaceutical sales. She is a member of the Family Law sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
With offices in Dallas and San Antonio, McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., is one of the largest firms in Texas specializing solely in Family Law.
