Institution of Automobile Engineers (India), the Apex Professional body for Automotive Professionals was founded in 2011. The main motto of the Institution of Automobile Engineers (India) is to provide quality life, career and enlightenment for the manpower revolving around, in the field of Automotives through quality education and associated activities.
Therefore, the Institution of Automobile Engineers (India) is vouched to provide avenues for quality education in automobile engineering with innovative approach for the aspirants.
Institution of Automobile Engineers (India), invites people to become a Part of their Initiatives in the Arena of the Fast Track Education in Automotive sector. The Institution provides such a contingency for many working professionals and talents who do not have an opportunity to get into the formal education in Polytechnics, Engineering Colleges and Universities through conventional mode.
All Technician Membership & Associate Membership Examinations conducted by professional bodies are approved by MHRD, Govt. of India.

Entitlement after the completion of prescribed courses for the Academic Programmes by the Institution of Automobile Engineers (India)

- After completing the Technician Membership examinations, the students would be eligible for the award of the Technician Member of the IAE (DIP-IAE).
- After completing the Senior Technician Membership/Degree level examinations, the students would be eligible for the award of the Associate Member of IAE (AMIAE)
The students can suffix these titles after their names in both cases.

The Automobile Society (India) is a registered society in Bangalore pioneering the cause of improving the career opportunities for the automotive engineers in India. The society consists of renowned academicians, members from the automotive industry & various faculty members of different Automobile Engineering institutions. It’s a professional organization looking after the interest of the Automotive Engineers who are engaged in the Automobile field. It was established to work towards the welfare of the automobile engineers in India.
The Automobile society will provide its members with further education and opportunity to enhance their existing automobile knowledge base.
