London’s Luxury Apartment Building Modules Designed and Produced by Forta PRO and shipped to London

October 15, 2020 - London, UK –Offsite Awards Judges announced the 2020 winners of the prestigious event in prefabricated world. This year Offsite Construction Awards received over 200 entries from companies who are at the forefront of the industry in terms of innovation and expertise. Within the competition Berkeley Homes (East Thames) - Building 11 - Royal Arsenal Riverside won in the Offsite Awards category ‘Private Housing Project of the Year 2020’! Forta PRO produced the modular building in Latvia and shipped all modules to London.

Project BUILDING 11 - ROYAL ARSENAL RIVERSIDE, London UK is a great example of collaboration and successful work of Forta PRO as a modular manufacturer, architects, and the client. The project consists of luxury apartment complexes flourishes in the very heart of the city- Woolwich area, combining historical value and modern convenience. This was the first collaboration of Forta PRO and Royal Arsenal Riverside. Supervising every stage, from initial design to prefabrication, shipping, assembly, and finishing works, Forta PRO presented 48 modules that became a 6-story building complex with 19 new apartments.

The design had to account for elegance, practicality, and the historical value of the site, as some parts of the neighbouring building date back 250 years. All project details had a 3D blueprint, allowing fitting into the intricate style of the district with a sleek brick facade while implementing useful solutions like large glass panels to attract more light. The modular units for the project were designed and produced by Forta PRO, offering modern design solutions, high level of finishing and quality, quick modules installation on site without disturbing other buildings in the historic district of London.
