Adconion Direct Rallies in San Diego for Annual Summit to Partner and Make an Impact on the Community

Team members from around the US gathered in San Diego to cultivate corporate culture and make an impact on the community with a school beautification project.

San Diego, CA, US, April 03, 2012 -- Team members of Adconion Direct, a leading global online media company, gathered in San Diego for their 2012 Annual Summit. Designed to bring 200 employees together from around the US for strategy and team building, the goal of the summit was to encourage employees’ passions and strengths while making an impact on the local community. Team members from Santa Monica, New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Atlanta, and San Diego attended the summit, which included a school beautification project for the New Life Head Start Program, a federally-funded child development program designed to provide preschool children of low-income families with a well-rounded program to meet their social, health, educational and psychological growth.

The New Life Head Start beautification project included a vibrant mural which was painted on the playground. The team also built 18 tricycles for the kids, decorated 18 bookshelves, donated more than 200 books for the classrooms, and sent the children home with radio flyer wagons full of necessities for their home and families.
