CHICAGO, IL -- Peck Bloom, a law firm that focuses on elder law in Chicago, welcomes two new estate attorneys in Chicago as partners. The two new partners, Cameron R. DeGuerre and Timothy J. Ritchey, have been with the firm for many years and bring unique skills and experience to the partnership.

DeGuerre practices trust and estate litigation, probate litigation, fiduciary defense litigation, elder law, estate planning and estate administration. She has served as Special Assistant Attorney General for many litigation cases that have been brought against the State of Illinois. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in Probate Court and has been named as a Special Administrator to address complex estate disputes.

Ritchey is a litigation attorney in Chicago who practices estate, trust and guardian administration and litigation and estate/Medicaid planning and administration. His emphasis is on contested probate litigation. He's frequently appointed as Special Assistant Attorney General in many different matters to represent the State's interests as it relates to Illinois disability and healthcare law. Ritchey not only works in Chicago, but frequently handles cases in DuPage County.
