Accountant Will Reside at Andaz Wall Street During Tax Season and Offer Tax-Filing Services to Guests Free of Charge

NEW YORK, NY (March 20, 2012) - Andaz Wall Street, the only hotel on Wall Street, launches their Accountant in Residence series where certified public accountant Marc Albaum will reside in the hotel and file taxes for hotel guests free of charge from April 8-15, 2012. The Accountant in Residence program aims to accommodate the demanding schedule of the frequent business traveler and provide Andaz Wall Street guests the ease of filing their taxes on the road, just in time to meet the April 15th deadline.

For one week, certified public accountant Marc Albaum will reside and run his office in the spacious Buttonwood Suite at Andaz Wall Street. Marc’s stylish office will feature 1,465 square feet of loft-style living space, featuring a master bedroom and bath with a build-in soaking tub, a separate half bath, living area, dining room and display kitchen. A ten-foot wide valet closet with LCD televisions on both sides acts as a screen between the bedroom and living room, allowing Marc to separate his office from the living quarters. The Buttonwood Suite also features nine-foot windows with built-in cushioned window seats, boasting views of the East River; perfect for guests to relax in while waiting for their taxes to be completed.
