Indiana Court Rules 2012 includes the full text of all Indiana rules of court such as Rules of Trial Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Appellate Procedure, Evidence, Rules for the Admission to the Bar and the Discipline of Attorneys, Rules of Professional Conduct and Code of Judicial Conduct. This edition is current through February 15, 2012 and contains January 2012 amendments to major rules sets.
Containing a comprehensive index and online access to downloadable, printable, full-sized versions of all Indiana court rule forms, this edition of Indiana Court Rules 2012 simplifies legal research and writing for attorneys and judges in Indiana. There is online access to the full text of all Indiana court rule amendments effective from 2009 to date, and new amendments are added as they become available, keeping the rules up-to-date at all times.
Available from Summit Legal Publishing as a high quality, soft cover book, Indiana Court Rules 2012 has larger typeface and a single column format making the material easier to read and use. This edition is available as an ebook in either Kindle or PDF formats featuring a linked table of contents and navigation pane for quick access to relevant text.
