OVATION Names Carolyn Taylor Director of Communications and Introduces Jack Luper as Project Manager and Business Analyst.

Mobile Expense Management recently named Carolyn Taylor as Director of Communications, responsible for aligning OVATION’s services with the growth of social media and dynamic changes in the wireless industry. She has primarily focused on outside sales with OVATION for the last eight years and brings over 19 years of experience in the wireless market. An active industry speaker and advocate, Carolyn has a degree in Marketing from Appalachian State University.

Jack Luper has joined OVATION as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, responsible for managing many of the mobile device management projects and initiatives. Luper is a Certified Project Manager and has 20 years in technical project management and software development. His previous projects range from on-board applications for the trucking industry to human resources and wireless applications for local government. Jack has a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics from University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
