SAN JOSE, CA – March 06, 2012 – GlobalLogic, a leader in software R&D services, today announced it has appointed Shane Brentham as vice president of marketing. An accomplished marketing and technology executive with more than 20 years of marketing and brand development experience, Brentham will continue to evolve the international GlobalLogic brand as a global leader in software R&D services. Brentham will report to GlobalLogic President Shashank Samant.

Brentham is an award-winning brand strategist with a proven record of driving global revenue and profit through successful brand and experience initiatives. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Brentham served as a principal at Method Design, a global design and innovation consultancy solving business challenges through design thinking and creating inspired products services and brands. GlobalLogic announced its acquisition of Method in September 2011.

Before joining Method, Brentham was executive vice president of marketing at Clear Capital, where he developed and led the company’s brand and communications strategy. Earlier, Brentham held senior executive positions at Autodesk, Inc. a global software company, where he was responsible for driving global brand expression and expansion. Brentham held full accountability for all aspects of the global corporate re-branding initiative, for which his team ultimately received the coveted REBRAND 100® Global Award. While at Autodesk, Brentham was also responsible for leading all brand acquisition and integration efforts.
