Press release from: Immigration Lawyer

CLEVELAND, OHIO - A more skilled workforce is sought as proposed changes attract more non-citizens to work in the country by bringing professionals, new businesses, and investments to the United States.

EB5 lawyer Jonathan A. Bartell helps clients obtain U.S. work visas especially since the Department of Homeland Security recently announced efforts to attract more highly-skilled foreign students and professional workers to the country. (http://www.immigrationman.com/)

Jonathan Bartell, an asylum refugee lawyerr, also helps clients obtain a waiver of inadmissibility. He assists non-citizens in getting an EB5 visa for foreign nationals to receive a green card if they invest $1,000,000 or at least $500,000 in a high unemployment or rural area, creating and maintaining 10 jobs in the country.

He assists clients with the process of getting an H1B visa () that allows non-immigrants to be employed by a U.S. company for up to six years in specialty occupation jobs ranging from the arts to medicine.

Efforts of revamping the professional work visa include the "start-up visa” which will strengthen the H1B program by attaching green cards to the diplomas of foreign born graduates in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math.

(http://www.immigrationman.com/Criminal-Defense/)Felony defense attorney Jonathan A. Bartell follows the many changes that are suggested by Homeland Security from starting a public advocate position to handle complaints and questions about immigration enforcement policies, to changing how immigration authorities decide which illegal immigrants are deported, and non-criminal illegal immigrants getting amnesty.

Another pending policy change shortens the time non-citizen spouses and children are separated from United States citizen relatives while seeking legal status in the U.S. Illegal immigrants still must leave the country for the length of time they lived in the U.S. illegally before asking the government to waive a three-to-10-year ban on legally returning to the country. (http://www.immigrationman.com/Immigration/EB5.asp)
The proposed rule allows families of citizens to request the government to decide on the waiver request before the non-citizen returns to his or her native country to apply for a visa to return to the U.S.
