Workers' Compensation and Liability TPA and Adjusting Team "Davies Claims Solutions" named a Best Places to Work in Insurance

Workers' Compensation and Liability TPA and Adjusting Team "Davies Claims Solutions" named a Best Places to Work in Insurance

Davies today announces that it has been named in the annual Best Places to Work in Insurance awards program, which recognizes employers for their outstanding performance in establishing workplaces where employees can thrive, enjoy their work and help their companies grow.

The award was presented by Business Insurance magazine, a leading industry media company. This is the seventh consecutive year Davies’ employees have recognized the company. One of the most significant outcomes of Davies establishing a happy workplace is very low employee turnover from productive staff who service long-term relationships with clients that appreciate the loyalty and consistent work ethic.

Navigating the COVID-19 pandemic as a workers’ compensation and liability third party administrator and adjusting firm was only part of the survey for 2020; Davies was also scored on more traditional measures such as achieving professional growth and transparent communication from leadership.

Matt Button, Davies Claims Solutions US CEO commented: “I’m delighted that our growing team in the US has been ranked in this prestigious annual award. We are extremely proud of our track record of investing in our people and creating opportunities for development within Davies and I look forward to continuing this investment in the future.”

This year’s award recognition reinforces Davies’ commitment to building a workplace where people are valued and heard while enjoying what they do every day.
