The Kelly Auto Group Receives Four 2012 DealerRater Dealer of the Year Awards

EMMAUS, PA – The Kelly Auto Group, one of the top 100 largest automotive dealers in the country with dealerships in Pennsylvania and Florida, was honored with four DealerRater Dealer of the Year Awards for its Buick GMC, Mitsubishi and Nissan franchises at a special ceremony held at the National Automotive Dealers Association's annual convention.

DealerRater presents the Dealer of the Year awards yearly in recognition of outstanding customer service based upon the experiences and recommendations of actual customers placed on the DealerRater website. An award is given to a single dealership in the entire United States for best customer service in their auto franchise, as well as on a state-by-state basis.

Kelly Automotive won four awards this year, for Best Buick Dealer, Best GMC Dealer and Best Mitsubishi Dealer, presented to the staff of Kelly Buick GMC and Kelly Mitsubishi, along with Best Pennsylvania Nissan Dealer, presented to the staff of Kelly Nissan of Route 33.

“We are so proud of the entire team, because it was a united effort on all parts to make this happen. When they found out about it, they were so thrilled. It was like an Oscar to them,” said Chris Saraceno, Vice President of Kelly Automotive.

“It was our objective from the beginning. We didn't want to be best in the area or the best in the state, we wanted to be best in the country,” said Saraceno.

Previously, Kelly had been recognized as the #1 rated dealership group in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York by DealerRater.
