Vicenç Jiménez, the new iSOCO Madrid manager
Barcelona. -Vicenç Jiménez, a telecommunications and IT engineer, is taking charge of the iSOCO workplace in Madrid, home to the company's R&D centre for the last ten years.
Jiménez has a long history in the field of information technology consulting and services following his time at companies like Philips, Origin, MB Sistemas Informáticos and Sadiel, among others, where he has acted as sales manager, general manager and business unit manager, among other roles. He holds degrees in higher IT engineering, from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, and in telecommunications engineering, from the La Salle Bonanova University School, and the new iSOCO Madrid manager has also completed a Management Development Programme at the IESE business school.
This appointment contributes to strengthening the leading semantic technology company's growth strategy in Madrid, as part of iSOCO's ambitious project for the 2011-2014 period, based on a process of internationalisation that aims to open 12 overseas subsidiaries.
