Click a Fix add two new services to the fold after consistent enquiries from their customers regarding Pest Control and Grounds Maintenance.

Following the news of their expansion into commercial businesses last week, Click a Fix have announced that they are to introduce two new services to add to the existing four they have had since their inception. Accompanying their Electrical, Gas, Plumbing and general home repair services will be Pest Control and Grounds Maintenance. Marketing Manager Michael McGowan commented on the choice taken by the business.
“The decision to include the new services came from listening to the customers enquiries about the services which Click a Fix had to offer, it was often asked if the company did cover Pest Control and Grounds Maintenance. It soon became obvious to add on the services. A large number of potential customers wanted them so we now offer them along with our other four services. It is another crack in the service industry we aim to fix. These new additions shall live up to our high standards of work. Our services may change but our work ethic will be consistent.”

This is indeed a positive move for Click a Fix, a move which is not only good for business but it is also good for their public image. From the get go, Click a Fix outlined that it wanted to rebuild the trust with the customer that the cowboy providers broke down in recent times. By taking on board what the customers are saying and then adjusting to suit their needs is definitely a giant leap in the right direction.
