Naperville, IL – SoGo Global is proud to announce it is now officially a public charity with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Contributions donated to SoGo Global are fully tax-deductible. SoGo Global is also now eligible to apply for government and foundation grants, which will further broaden its access to resources and strengthen its ability to serve the under-served communities around the world.
"Obtaining 501(c)(3) status is a major milestone for SoGo Global," remarked the Founders. "This opens many doors for us to expand fundraising activities and fully realize our goals as a charitable organization invested in inspiring potential and building smart communities.” SoGo Global exists to help create sustainable practices for individuals and groups looking to improve their socioeconomic statuses from their neighborhoods to their cities and beyond. Given the on-going COVID-19 crisis, SoGo aims to provide assistance to other nonprofits and organizations looking to address immediate needs of victims of various social issues.
The SoGo Global Tax Identification Number (EID) is 84-4289080. The IRS letter granting SoGo Global its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is available upon request. Donation inquiries can be sent to info@sogoglobal.org.
Current efforts include EndThalNow, seeking to eradicate Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Disease and help their victims using the power of the digital age, as well as Bloomforce, empowering individuals and nonprofit organizations to develop the skills required today for multiplying their impact.
Please note EndThalNow initiative launched earlier under SAHAVE Foundation is now under the SoGo Global umbrella. SAHAVE Foundation is now SoGo Global.
