Thompson & Knight Partner Appointed as Chairman of the Tarrant County Bar Foundation
Thompson & Knight Partner E. Michael Sheehan
Sheehan is a Partner in Thompson & Knight’s Trial Practice Group in Fort Worth. He focuses his practice on the representation of clients in commercial litigation, including general commercial litigation and litigation and disputes involving manufacturers of heavy equipment and machinery, aircraft and aircraft component manufacturers, aircraft support companies, fixed based operators, and aircraft operators in general aviation matters. Sheehan also conducts corporate internal investigations and represents Special Litigation Committees on behalf of major corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, and white collar criminal matters.
Sheehan actively is involved in numerous professional organizations including the Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Foundation, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Texas Bar Foundation, and the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court. He has been recognized in commercial litigation by The Best Lawyers in America® by Woodward/White Inc. and Texas Super Lawyers® by Thomson Reuters
Established in 1997, the Tarrant County Bar Foundation is a charitable organization formed under the auspices of the Tarrant County Bar Association to support and expand its commitments to “justice, service, and professionalism” by funding important community service projects.
