The EPC 2000: - Changes in Substantive Patent Law and Procedural Patent Law, Request for limitation or revocation, Petition for review
The nearly one hundred proposals for changes to the EPC were collected in a Basic Proposal for the Revision of the EPC, approved by the Administrative Council in September 2000 and submitted to the Conference of the Contracting States. The corresponding Implementing Regulations are expected to be adopted by the Administrative Council in December 2006.
