MÖZARTHEAD applaudes Newt Gingrich for his „Moon Mission“ vision

Today, the head and lead-singer of the international top-act MÖZARTHEAD, Elvis Presto,
announced his support of the idea to establish a permanent moon-base by the US.
In a recent appearence during his running election campaign nearby the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the republican-candidate Newt Gingrich had promised to establish a permanent US-colony on the moon by 2020 if he was elected president.
„We absolutely appreciate and support this visionary idea“ Elvis Presto commented this promise - „even though we wouldn't go so far to support any republican candidate anyhow“ he made clear. „Nevertheless it would bring our „Michael Jackson heritage-project“ a giant step further!“
MÖZARTHEAD had been the first artists to express their grief about the sudden death of Michael Jackson by a tribute-song called „The moonwalk“. Since then, it is Presto's vision to drop a pair of the original legendary silver-gloves of Michael Jackson's in the „Appollo“-region of the dark side of the moon. „Potential sponsors for this ambitious plan have already been contacted“, Presto pointed out. Maybe even the orbital pioneer and Virgin-Tycoon Sir Richard Branson would be electrified, despite the fact that such a moon mission seems quite unrealistic so far.
„It's always been an fascinating project and it's a magical aim to reach out for the moon.
Our minimal moon monument would be an act of eternal heritage for the King of Pop, and some day, we'll make it happen!“
