A little about the film...

Mr. Ed Parker known as the Father of American Karate for bringing Martial Arts to the main land for the first time and opening up his first school in Pasadena Ca in the late 50's. He is also the founder of Kenpo Karate and the I.K.K.A. (International Kenpo Karate Association) In 1966 he began the first of its kind Martial Arts Tournament in Long Beach CA at the Long Beach Convention Center calling it The Internationals. This is where Mr. Parker introduced Bruce Lee to the World giving him his Legendary start leading him to his first appearances on Television. That led to a screen test for the Green Hornet TV series. This is how Bruce the challenge begins. In rare and unseen footage of the real Bruce Lee a challenge is put forth to get Bruce Lee to get in the ring with one of the fiercest Martial Artist known to the Martial Arts World. Nik (Knife) Catello convinces his agent to hunt down Bruce to get him to do his first interview,(and what we know now to be the last interview with Bruce). Just so Nik can lay down a challenge in the mist of the interview. But things turn out much different, a must see Film bringing Bruce Lee back on the big screen!!!

This Film Stars the above mentioned Martial Artist/Actor Nik Catello, Oscar winning Actress Ms. Shirley Jones playing Grandma Lulu (reprising her role as Lulu Banes form Elmer Gantry) Don (Hollywood) Yates of American Gladiator fame to play the heavy And Marty Ingles to play Gramps. CFI will be enhancing all the Bruce lee archive footage matching all the new footage shot to make this film seamless, for this rarely seen footage of Iconic legendary Martial Arts Superstar Bruce Lee. This film will take a look at in a fun and very exciting entertaining way the skills of Mr. Lee in away never seen before. The film will be released sometime in late fall by LOINSTAR Int'l releasing.
