Merkado & Kapital Connection join to offer Financing Solutions for Indian Startups and SME Businesses

Merkado RHA Services, which manages Gokaddal - World's First Digital Solutions Exchange Cloud Platform, and Kapital Connection, a Singapore based fintech company focused on enabling small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to secure financing from financial institutions through digital marketplace, have signed an Memorandum of Understanding to offer investment and financing facilities to Solution Providers and Buyers who are registered in Gokaddal. As part of this association, Gokaddal will be able to offer short term EMI/loan options to Solution Providers who want to onboard their solutions on the platform. Solution Buyers, especially SMEs who look forward to adopting Digital Solutions, will be able to finance their procurement needs while conserving cashflow.

Kapital Connection has recently launched its platform in India to serve the SME community while supporting economic growth. As a financial intermediary and platform operator, Kapital Connection partners with leading Financial Institutions in India to provide equity and debt financing, such as working capital loan, invoice factoring, project financing and asset-backed lending. Using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Blockchain, the company aims to democratize the lending process for underserved sector and bring inclusive financing to the broader community.
