What is Radio Frequency MEMS?

Radio-frequency micro-electro-mechanical systems (RF MEMS) are a technology designed to produce high-quality components that allow superior circuits (i.e., capable of operating over wider frequency bandwidths and showing lower losses) for wireless communications systems.
