Bungalow Bar & Grill is hosting a “Toys for Tots” toy drive for underprivileged children this holiday season, kicking it off during an upcoming holiday party for Scottsdale-based Stellar Adventures. With no room charge, popular Scottsdale nightspot also economical place for holiday fun.

Scottsdale, AZ, December 09, 2011 -- Bungalow Bar & Grill is hosting a “Toys for Tots” toy drive for underprivileged children this holiday season, kicking it off during an upcoming holiday party for Scottsdale-based Stellar Adventures. The toy drive, which will begin with the Stellar Adventures party on Dec. 14 and runs through Dec. 21, seeks to brighten the holidays for underprivileged boys and girls in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

“Stellar Adventures told us they’d be asking for Toys for Tots donations during their holiday party this year and we thought, why not use our venue to extend the drive for a couple more days,” said Trish Clark, manager of Bungalow Bar & Grill.

JJ Briles, owner of Stellar Adventures, which specializes in off-road excursions for Valley residents guests, said he would love to stuff his Hummers and off-road vehicles with toys this season. “Truckloads of toys would be great,” he said. “We want to fill the Hummers up.”

To donate to the toy drive, all Scottsdale residents have to do is swing by Bungalow Bar & Grill with a toy to donate. Bungalow Bar & Grill is located at 4360 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, just one block south of Camelback on the southwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Stetson Drive.

Budget conscious people know Bungalow Bar & Grill has the holiday party answer, with a diverse menu and a cozy location that will make any holiday gathering a hit. The popular Scottsdale eatery can easily seat 35-40 people for a private meal and many more for parties that don’t require sit-down dinners. And unlike other restaurants, Bungalow Bar & Grill doesn’t require a room charge for holiday parties. Clark said with budgets tight this year, many local businesses need to meet very specific budgets in order to even hold an annual party. “The beauty of Bungalow Bar & Grill is we can offer you a sit-down meal if that’s your budget or appetizers and salads if keeping the cost low is a priority,” she said. “Either way, you’re still going to have a great time without breaking the bank.”
