A Deadline is coming up on April 13, 2020 in the lawsuit for certain investors in Luckin Coffee Inc. (NASDAQ: LK).

The Shareholders Foundation announced that a deadline is coming up on April 13, 2020 in the lawsuit filed for certain investors of Luckin Coffee Inc. (NASDAQ: LK) over alleged securities laws violations by Luckin Coffee Inc.

Investors who purchased shares of Luckin Coffee Inc. (NASDAQ: LK) have certain options and there are strict and short deadlines running. Deadline: April 13, 2020. NASDAQ: LK stockholders should contact the Shareholders Foundation at mail@shareholdersfoundation.com or call +1(858) 779 - 1554.

According to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York the plaintiff alleges on behalf of purchasers of Luckin Coffee Inc. (NASDAQ: LK) common shares between November 13, 2019 and January 31, 2020, that the defendants violated Federal Securities Laws. More specifically, the plaintiff claims that between November 13, 2019 and January 31, 2020, the defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that certain of Luckin's financial performance metrics, including per-store per-day sales, net selling price per item, advertising expenses, and revenue contribution from "other products" were inflated, that Luckin's financial results thus overstated the Company's financial health and were consequently unreliable, and that as a result, the Company's public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.

Those who purchased shares of Luckin Coffee Inc. (NASDAQ: LK) have certain options and should contact the Shareholders Foundation.
