Wholesalers can choose from over 50 industry authored, Quest CE courses covering a variety of topics including annuity and ethics credit. Once the necessary course is selected, producers are supplied with a customizable self study booklet, allowing each producer to learn at their own speed and convenience for exam preparation, all while promoting your companies brand.

Wholesalers guide producers through thoughtful discussion and material review in preparation for the training exam. This is a time for producers to clarify their understanding of the course material, voice their concerns, and interact with fellow producers reviewing the materials to gain a better understanding of information included in the CE training exam to follow.

The exam may be taken up to three times and a 70 % is necessary for credit retention. The wholesaler will administer the exam and completed exams are sent to Quest CE for grading. Once exams are graded, Quest CE will both process the producer’s credits and issue a certificate of completion. Producers are then able to access their records anytime online.
