The base of the tried-and-tested high-pressure clamping set is made of robust GGG 60. Hardened and ground locating surfaces ensure a high degree of precision and minimize wear and tear. Its fully enclosed high-pressure spindle guarantees chip protection and minimal cleaning effort. All sides of TITAN TC are ground - a fact which allows vertical as well as horizontal use. Thanks to guide grooves in the bottom surface it is easy to adjust the clamping set precisely on the machine table.
The clamping system comes with a kit of different gripper inserts which leave nothing to be desired and offer the user unlimited clamping possibilities. All kinds of unmachined parts - from flame-cut and sawn material to complex multidimensional castings - can be clamped safely and in a form-fitting way using support jaws made of tempered steel. The wide range of gripper inserts completes the anniversary kit and allows highest precision and flexibility while clamping workpieces of the most complex geometries. For standard clamping processes a large number of different jaws is available in addition to the ALLMATIC TITAN TC set.
The support jaws' grip plates enable users to position the gripper inserts freely and thus to secure even workpieces with challenging shapes. By means of adjusting screws and threaded pins, the workpiece support height can be varied in no time at all. Spacer rings and the inserts themselves allow users to adjust the position of the gripper inserts according to their individual needs thus obtaining pinpoint clamping of the workpiece.
The anniversary kit is a budget-friendly way for customers to invest in the grip technology and offers nearly unlimited clamping possibilities.
