SAF Tehnika announces the launch of North American Subsidiary in Denver, US
October 14, 2011SAF Tehnika JSC (NASDAQ:SAF1R), a premier carrier-class licensed and unlicensed microwave radio manufacturer, is pleased to announce the launch of SAF North America LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary in North America based in Denver.
SAF North America LLC will focus on providing European quality customized microwave solutions for mobile backhaul, enterprise transport services and broadband networks meeting the challenge for cost-effective and wireless solutions within North America.
“We are absolutely excited about the launch of our new subsidiary. It will help SAF to provide even better local support including more specialized services in cooperation with local partners as well as high quality personal consultations ” said Kristaps Rikans, SAF Tehnika`s sales director in North America.

The launch of subsidiary in North America is just another step in our geographical expansion after the announcement of SAF Middle East foundation. In the USA as well as in Canada, SAF Tehnika offers point-to-point microwave radio systems: Freemile, CFIP Lumina and CFIP-106 Full Outdoor Radios as well as CFIP PhoeniX Split Mount systems operating in 6, 7, 11, 13, 15, 18, 23, 24 and 38 GHz frequency bands.
SAF Tehnika is ISO, FCC, Industry Canada, Broadband Stimulus (RUS / NTIA) certified. All research & development as well as complete production is performed in Europe with sales in more than 100 countries worldwide.
